MEMBERS ARE NEEDED TO DOCENT IN AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER
We volunteers enable the gallery to remain open by opening and closing the gallery, greeting the public, selling art and jewelry, answering phone calls, inviting new artists to become members, promoting art and artists, and helping make people aware of classes that CCAA is hosting.
While members of the Artistic Planning Committee do docent each month, having other docents in the gallery frees up the Artistic Planning Committee members to fund raise, hang shows, plan for future shows, and many other duties.
If you are interested in docent training, call the gallery and we will schedule a time for you to work with another docent to train you. If you have already been trained, and are on the docent list, drop by the gallery and sign the calendar or call the gallery and we will schedule you in at your request.
